FYI: Repair of 1928 Thompson

To whom ever can help me:

I was shooting my 1928 today on semi and them switched to full, the bolt did not come foward and is stuck in the open bolt position. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I might fix it. I have tried everything that I know to get it to close but have not been able to get it to close.
