My brother has custody of his son from a divorce that was settled years ago. My brother is a police officer here in AZ. He was just remarried. I gave rifles as presents. My bro also bought a youth rifle to start teaching the boy to shoot. After the divorce, the mother made several false charges against my brother. CPS determined the charges were completely fabricated and warned the ##### she would be prosecuted if she did it again. My dad just called and told me the ##### got a couple DUI lawyers and submitted nine pages of allegations to a judge who gave her temporary custody of the boy. She has now disappeared. There is a hearing scheduled a week from now. The attorney my bro hired is a former prosecutor so, he has good representation. Does anyone have any ideas how to burn this child stealing #####? My bro is shaken. He loves the boy and the boy loves him. How can a judge just give custody to someone who makes allegations? When her allegations prove false, can she be charged with kidnapping?
